"There is no such item with ID (all)"

I tested few Item ID's as 1,2,12,89,137 None working.
What I expected to happen was...:
I get item.
What actually happened was...:
I didn't got anything there was reading "There is no such item with ID (id)".
Steps to Reproduce:
1./give (name) (number)
2.Not working
3.Reading in chat "There is no such item ID (id)"
