[MC-46337] graphic bug when tp relative upwards

(I am french so sorry for my bad english)

If you tp a player in the air with relatives coordonates (I used a redstone clock) he is teleport upwards and down. (watch the short video)

What command are you using?
Please add some information on how to reproduce this issue or upload your world or a video.

Also, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
