[MC-46367] 2D items do not show up when dropped as an item

When any of the 2D items are dropped, the item does not show.

@unknown: What about other 2D-items like signs or coal? Could you please check if they are invisible or not?

Now that you mention it, yes, all 2D items are invisible when dropped.
