Music continues playing even in game menu

After pressing escape, the music should pause like in 1.7.2 release. However, the music will sometimes continue playing even when the game menu has appeared.

Reproducing this bug/issue- Simply turn on the music, wait until one plays, and then press escape. It should continue to play the music.

If no one else can reproduce it, then it is probably a glitch on my laptop.
