When in Spectator Mode,going into an entity,then changing to Survival Mode,you still remain in the entity but hostile mobs attack you.Also attacking an entity crashes the world,giving the following reason:

MC 1.11.2, What was causing this or how to reproduce it i cant say, but ive noticed various users now reporting having issues an when looking on console an through logs, im seeing various messages related to this.
