Enter a mob with /gamemode 3 then change to /gamemode 1 or /gamemode 0 and then you exit the world. Enter back in and you have the effect/shader of the vision.Only works on endermen,spiders etc.

This bug is in the "B" snapshot, all you have to do to replicate it is view a mob with a perspective effect and exit the world then log back in and you will be out of the mob but still have the perspective effect.
