i was messing around with the new snapshot then i figured i'd spawn a baby zombie well it doesn't work if i right click on a normal zombie and i cant get mods on the snapshot so i don't know

First, this is the Minecraft Launcher project, not the Minecraft project. Second, this is a duplicate of MC-27714. Third, zombies can't breed, so right-clicking a zombie with a spawn egg doesn't and never has produced a baby zombie. Instead, the zombie spawn egg has a small chance of producing a baby instead of an adult.
