I was spectating an Enderman for a while and it was during the day so he kept teleporting, and I noticed the world wasn't generating and it just ended and the Enderman teleported into it and then he disappeared and making me frozen their, I couldn't shift out so I thought changing my game mode would help so I changed into creative, i wasn't frozen anymore but I still was invisible even though i'm in creative, i can break blocks though, I can't hit any mob, mobs that start spawning are invsible, and when I try to touch the ground i just start shaking. Also the world still isn't generating.

The second part of your bug has been reported multiple times, however the first part has not, modifying to reflect new issue.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
