mobs don't spawn naturally

I am on my server and there are no mobs spawning after using @e in the first snapshot unless I spawn them myself. All of the mobs disappeared when I got the new jar.

What did you do with @e? What is the entity count in the F3 menu? Are you in peaceful?

I used /kill @e. I am in easy mode and I don't know where to see the entity count. This is mainly a problem in the nether, there is no mob in the nether at all

Did you just type /kill @e into the chat or is it in a command block? Press F3 to see the debug screen.

I did it in the chat and I still don't know where to see the entity count. I did hit F3. Where is it? (Do keep in mind that the mobs in the nether are the not spawning either, I don't know about The End"

It is next to the E. What is the second number (the number after the slash)?

(I saw two E's but I think I know which it is.) I can't check right now but last I checked it was stuck at 140 give or take a few.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w11b or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. - bot
