Just like this bug, https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-12197, and this https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-2912. The new snapshot still has this bug. It becomes annoying as I always use this feature of minecraft in survival and creative, but this problem only persists on creative mode and not in survival.

I'm sorry, but this is for the new version of minecraft and not the old one.
It is not helpful to create a new ticket when you know one exists. Please comment with any change you want to make on the existing ticket.
