Just like this bug, https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-12197, and this https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-2912. The new snapshot still has this bug. It becomes annoying as I always use this feature of minecraft in survival and creative, but this problem only persists on creative mode and not in survival.
