i don't think there is a individual sound file for zombie babys so yeah i think this is normal
Ok.But it's Really Weird.Maybe more Sounds will be added later.
In 1.4.5, Infant Zombies weren't official. Only mods could spawn them. These days, they are natural and have sounds.
