I Having a Skin Display Error
If you see the skin in Some PCs the Skin is Not Reloaded
But at Other Computer show The Second Part Part and Final Part Not show
But at 1.7 Or 1.8 Skin Viewer reveal the Final Part
After, I Upload 2 and 3 Skin, You can See My First Skin at In-game
What I expected to happen was...:
Skin show The New Version
What actually happened was...:
In-game Is Older One
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload a Skin Sometimes
2. Start Minecraft
3. Use F5, Its Same of First Uploaded Skin(After Buyed Minecraft)
and Sorry from Bad English

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w18b / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
