Skins are messed up and not rendering right

So usually you have a minecraft skin and all is fine, but in the newest snapshot my skin is messed up. The different sides are changed around (so for instance the from of my face would be on the side). Also some of the sides are not loading/rendering/whatever, at least not when i look at it in my inventory menu.
