When Ever I Place Down A Barrier Block In Minecraft, It Has A Big Cross In It Like The Item. I Thought This Bug Was Fixed. I Could Recreate This On All Smooth Lighting and Graphic Settings.

Are you in creative mode? If so, while holding the barrier block in your hand you will see the texture. Switch to a different item and the texture will disappear in a few seconds. Switch to survival or adventure and it goes away always. This was added in the 14w06a snapshot as it was very hard to work on large barrier structures with them invisible to the designer. There are rendering bugs, but those are already created elsewhere on here.
