Random-ass crash when turning on Sound

The game randomly crashed when adjusting sound volume from off to on.

What I expected to happen was the sound to turn on.

What really happened was a random-ass crash.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load game
2. Pause
3. Options
4. Try to turn on sound
5. Crash occurs
