[MC-47859] Repeaters have strange textures. At certain parts.

When you look under a repeater. There bottom looks like nothing and the torches stick out of the bottom. This only occurs. When you place it under a barrier.

That's how repeaters have always rendered. It's just visible with the barrier block.
