I cannot detect displencer nbt data being '{Items:[0:{Slot:0,id:49,Damage:0,Count:1}]}' even when I /blockdata that in.

Numeric IDs no longer work, use the block names:

{Items:[0:{Slot:0,id:minecraft:xxxx,Damage:0,Count:1}
