Redstone Torch Texture Wrong for a split second

if i place a redstone torch by facing the hitbox of a redstone torch, the new placed redstone torch has a purple and black texture to it, this goes away after a split second. if the torch i place the new one on is in one chunk and the new one gets placed in another chunk, the whole bedrocks textures change aswell as the torches.
