Please do not mark unreleased versions (anything starting with "Future Version") as affected. You don't have access to them yet.

Unable to reproduce, does this only affect wolf sounds or every sound in the game?
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.

I don't understand why this is marked as "Cannot reproduce". All you do it type the command into the chat in which you don't hear a sound. Are you playing on the right version of Minecraft?

Cannot reproduce either. Wolves are barking and when playing the sound with /playsound mob.wolf.bark @a ~ ~ ~ 100 it barks.

I deleted my .minecraft folder and re-ran minecraft, it works now, but It broke from updating from 1.7 to 1.8 snapshots.
