When looking at an End Portal Block (Item ID 119) from above, you will see its proper portal texture. However, when looking underneath the block, you cannot actually see the portal.

As these two images show: The bug is not resolved and is still there in 15w31c.
Not shure if anyone watches this issue any more or if I would have to create a new (duplicate) issue...
This is a duplicate...
And the original report was resolved as works as intended
