[MC-48231] Sight gets blurry when Player is under a block with Water on top

When i'm under (in this case, have not testet with other blocks) a Sandstone Block with Water above, the sight gets blurry.

MC-47520 Standing under block with water / lava on top will apply blue / red filter. Resolved
