[MC-48235] No upside down view when spectating a bat upside down.

I think it's a bug. In spectator mode, when the bat is idle, the player should saw the upside down view because it's head is upside down.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 14w11a / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
