[MC-4836] After about 10 minutes of playing (public server or singleplayer) the game crashes

After about 10 minutes of playing (public server or singleplayer) the game crashes and leaves me with this error: http://www.mediafire.com/?oaka52jd8wx7885

What I expected to happen was...:
The game to run normally

What actually happened was...:
The game crashed randomly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the game
2. Play the game
3. Crash, get error message

Can you please force a crash by pressing F3 + C while ingame for 10 seconds and attach the resulting crash report here ?

Also, I do have mods, but it does this in vanilla, and has been for at least 4 updates

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.

Any non-standard client/server build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the plugin creator.
