[MC-48463] Water bar reset when moving

When i move in water lake, my "water bar" is reset.
PS: It's hard to take picture for this 😃

Yes it's duplicate, but there is a bug with light level (when i move, the light level change)

That would be a separate issue, you need to create a second bug - after checking for an existing one of course.
