Carrots replenish 1.5 hunger instead of 2.

Small bug, but I thought I'd share anyways, carrots usually replenish 2 hunger bar marks, now they only replenish 1.5.

The wiki (for what it's worth) lists this as being a change in 14w02a along with other food/hunger rebalancing.
