[MC-48592] Button and Lever direction.

We have 2 directions for the lever at the top of blocks but button at the top (or under) of blocks pointing only north.

Levers on side of blocks have only one direction instead of two.

This isn't technically a bug, but maybe could be an addition in later snapshots / 1.8.
