[MC-48668] spawner not keeping NBT inside of block(Item)

What I Was Expecting To Happen -
I Could Ctrl + MiddleClick the witch spawner and gain its NBT data
What Happened -
I did not even get the block.
What may have caused it -
That it had a chance of spawning lightning creepers

NOTE -

I cannot recall the actuall spawner NBT, but ill Give You The Map

at the moment it is not possible to middle click spawners

but you can give yourself the spawner with the NBT as a item.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.9 / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

I tested in w26a, you can't grab spawner with middle click or CTRL+middle click. Works fine for other blocks like chests and furnaces.
