[MC-48724] Dark torch particles

When placing torches on the side of a block, underneath a corner adjacent block, they will sometimes produce a really dark version of their normal particles.

-My smooth lighting is set to maximum.

i world suggest going to the options menu, then to video settings, then turn "smooth lighting" to high.

Confirmed when you have a block above it.

Confirmed.
The tip of the torch flame goes into the upper block.
