Named book and quill makes you not able to write in it

Giving you a named book and quill causes you not being able to write in the book before pressing next page and then back to the first page again
I used following command:

/give @p writable_book 1 0 {display:{Name:"Whatever"}}

Renaming the book and quill in an anvil causes the exact same problem
