When I am playing survival I went to enchant my tools and realized it cost a lost less than it said. What had happened was when I used the lapis to enchant my sword/armor it only took the 1/2/3 bonus levels required instead of the main such as 12,22,30.
What I expected to happen was...:
For enchanting to consume the levels required plus the 3 lapis levels.
What actually happened was...:
It only consumed the 3 lapis levels but not the main required ones.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to enchant in the latest snapshot.
2. Enchant something with the three lapis and you should see that it didn't take the main levels required but only the three bonus ones required..

This is intended, the cost of enchanting is either: 1 level + 1 lapis, 2 levels + 2 lapis or 3 levels + 3 lapis. the numbers 12, 22 and 30 is the amount of levels required to do the enchant but it doesn't use all of them.
