When I was placing dandelions in a multiplayer server, I noticed that they look a bit weird. I realized that they weren't aligned in the right positions, and rather looked strange. This happened on multiplayer, I'm not sure if it happens on singleplayer.

I think he means that the flowers have an offset in rendering.

I believe this is intended, because in real life flowers are not aligned perfectly.
