Torches generated in Abandoned mine shafts and (I think) Strongholds only sometimes give off light. (I apologize for not taking a picture of this, as pressing f2 on my laptop brings up a strange menu.)

Wesley, I realized that one second after I posted it, and Cube, I checked three times all with different keywords. Don't just assume that people didn't check at all.
Title should be "sometimes don't give off light."
The way it is now, it sounds like the bug you're reporting is that they DO give off light.
