when i loaded my survival world,my inventory was all gone, and all the chests that was loaded was emptied. when i went back to 14w07a snapshot they was still all emptied, but a chest that wasnt loaded due to my lowered rendering distance wasnt changed.

I should have backed up more often which is my own often, the duplicated was when he downgraded from a different version another, i downloaded the latest version of 14w08a, then went downgraded to 14w07a to see if it would fix it. (should have made that clearer in the first note)
IT gives you a warning that if you play snapshots with that world it may corrupt and that you should play a different world or duplicate it. So Relogging with 1.7.4 to snapshot would of gotten rid of everythjng in your render that you lost but not out of it.
