[MC-49578] Sumoning Endercrystals causes extreme lag (Multiplayer only)

I have been re-placing the Endercrystals once a user has completed The End and upon doing so causes such extreme lag that nobody can move or do anything its so extreme untill i reset it by removing the Region Files for The End.

Thats all i used. A couple once placed not to bad, but after replacing more an more the FPS to me an anyone else coming to The End u literally cant move and everyone has massive FPS drop

I am still experiencing severe lag when summoning Endercrystals in 14w21b ... After 1-2 Noticable lag is experienced, let alone the mass FPS drop to the point The End is unplayable by the time all have been replaced
