[MC-49631] Spectators cannot inspect chests with blocks or cats above them

In spectator mode I can't open chest with have block above. Is this normal?

You can only open chests with no or transparent blocks on top.

I think, spectator should open this chest. Otherwise, this is good protection against spectators 🙂
