Unable to reproduce. Fully grown wheat drops 0-3 seeds, so there is a chance that nothing drops, but I started with a couple of seeds and could quickly multiply those.

Cannot reproduce either.
Seeds drop from full grown wheat in a newly created 1.4.6 world.
