Flower Bug
What I expected to happen was to not spawn on sand.
What actually happened was that flower couldnt spawn on sand so he pop out as item.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search around biome and u'll see on edge of river and flower forest.

The other ticket is marked as "Won't Fix", so it is normal to recreate a new one especially as I think it is quite possible to fix this issue. I do believe that Dinnerbone was talking about floating grass, not about that.
