[MC-49930] Natural Torches Don't Connect to Block Their intended to.

When I was mining in a mineshaft their was a torch connected to a cobweb, not the wooden beam. I thought this was fixed in MC-2512

Is this a newly created world in the snapshot, or a pre-existing one? Also, can we get the seed (command /seed) and coordinates (F3) of the location?

This world was made in 1.7.5 and the seed is 3956341661242267264 and the cords are -216 20 1106. Somewhere around there. You may be tped into a block.
