Version Bug with items with enchantments on them while they are on the ground or in a item frame

I was playing in my single player when i notice items that have enchantments on them don't show that they are enchanted in items frames or when dropped on the ground and i am providing a picture that shows what i mean by that the items in the item frames does not show that they are enchanted and they are enchanted and also the pickaxe is enchanting but visually looks unenchanted.
