Seeing someone else using tools is not animated [Multiplayer]

If you are on a SMP server, snapshot 14w08a and see someone mining, before you saw him really mining, but not anymore. This is with everything. Just standing with the tool in your hand.
(Hitting with any item or block)

I can't picture it. Because I can't make gif animated image or a video about it 🙂
