[MC-50191] I have the same problem as some others

Same problem as https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-38995
So i can join other servers but the thing i cant do is make own server, Ports are open and checked to be open, Firewall nor virus security is blocking the connection. Problem is i just cant connect
