[MC-50324] SMP: Inventory is not saved after /save-all /stop

With the newest update, everytime I start my server, all players' inventories are cleared. Even using /save-all and /stop afterwards and then restarting the server has this effect

FYI, not related to your issue, but I would suggest updating your Java to either 6b30, or 7u51 if possible.
