Rails don't render from below

Since version 14w10a, rails don't render their lower face. You can clearly see this when using barrier blocks. They rendered in version 14w08a.

Missed "twoSided": true in the JSON files for rail_flat.json and rail_curved.json, will be fixed in the next snapshot.

This same thing happens to Redstone.
