[MC-50661] Server Op and whitelist

Since updating to Snapshot 14w10c I no longer have control as Op nor does the whitelist work properly. I had to disable the whitelist to even join my server. Once joined, I was at some random coordinates, not spawn nor last login position, and my inventory was emptied.

Okay, I just fixed the inv and spawn loss, but i am unable to be Op or Whitelisted, though I am in the .json files

I went back to Snapshot 14w08a and everything works fine again.

Same problem on default minecraft no mods or anything.
