When I loaded up my world, pigs were missing heads and had strange lines coming out of them. Plus, I know it says 1.7.5 but it's actually 1.7.4 that i'm running. 1.7.4 wouldn't show up in the Affects Version/s drop down.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]) here.
Please update your Java to the latest 64bit version (1.7.0_51): http://www.java.com/en/download/.
When using a 32-bit browser on a 64-bit operating system the automatic version detection will only show the 32-bit version of Java, the 64-bit version needs to be downloaded manually: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp.
