When I went on my 'snapshots' profile, it crashed, and a crash notification popped up and said that my resource pack was outdated, and that i should take it out immediately and report it to 'the author' ? the Resource pack it self is a 14w07a, and on the crash report, it said something about the textures missing or being corrupted. All of the required texture files are there, as I did extract the files from the jar. What should I do?

Follow what the error message below the dialog tells you.
Probably you've created your own models, but the format is changing a log from snapshot to snapshot.
See the warning in the model files:
"__comment": "Fair warning, this format is highly likely to change even more in the future!",I fixed on my own, it apparently just thought that my texture pack was outdated, so i had to re-extract the files.....I did try to click the button that said to report it to mojang, but all it did was reopen the error message. But i didn't change the model files.... I just guess 14w07a was too old for the snapshot... weird.
This is how it appeared/appears. I don't understand what is going on, as the textures are completely fine, and none are missing.
