[MC-50934] Endermen teleporting out of water

Enderman can teleport out of water. Water is supposed to be their weakness. If they can escape it so easily, its no more a weakness.

Uhm, they don't teleport out of the water in the current snapshots?!

Please read the description.

It is their weakness. They forget about whoever they were attacking when water hits them. Also, y'know, damage...

They don't take much damage from it since they teleport out of it very fast.

Its not really a weakness for them. More like an annoyance.
