[MC-5094] Glitched books on macs

When on a mac, if you open a book and quill, the book is white with "missing" in large letters. You can write, but only one page. Also, if open a book that is written in, it is still white with "missing" written and you can not turn pages. This happens in both creative and survival, single and multiplayer.

No I am not. It happens on my sister's computer too.

Actually, the buttons are there, they are just very hard to click because it doesn't have a highlight, and are fairly small. In the new snapshots, the missing texture image is changed slightly, and the buttons show up better.
