[MC-51120] Endermen are faster than normal.

I was in the middle of an enderman hunt to gather ender pearls, and I noticed that endermen are walking a lot faster. I have noticed this in snapshots 14w08a through 14w11b.

1. Find an enderman.
2. Watch how it walks.

This issue is different to that ne, but is related to it. This bug happens with ALL ENDERMEN, not some of them.
