When a Zombie wears a custom player head, it shows up as a Steve.

If you summon a zombi that can pick up items {CanPickUpLoot:true}, any custom player heads attempted to be put on it will not show up, it will be a Steve head instead. The heads shown on the wall are what should have been on the Zombie's head instead of a Steve.
